Adria records strong Pristina growth

Monday, February 16, 2015

Adria Airways has positioned itself as the second busiest airline in Kosovo with some 180.000 passengers handled on its flights to and from Pristina last year. The Slovenian carrier benefited from the demise of Belle Air Europe in late 2013 and saw its passenger numbers grow over 20% in Kosovo last year. Germania was the busiest airline, while Adria was ahead of Turkish Airlines, easyJet and Germanwings. The Slovenian carrier operates scheduled flights from Pristina to Ljubljana, Frankfurt and Munich, as well as seasonal services to Malmo and a range of charter flights.
